Samsung Wins Its Appeal—Galaxy Tabs Are Back on Sale in Australia [Lawuits]

Score one for Samsung! It just registered a major victory in its cantankerous dispute with Apple over the Galaxy Tab. An Australian court has overturned its October injunction against the devices for violating Apple's touchscreen technology after a quick redesign by Samsung.
