TLCD Architecture, a leading regional architectural and interior design firm based in Santa Rosa, California is searching for a versatile marketing professional to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with architectural staff, studio leaders and principals and gain exposure to all facets of marketing and business development for a professional services firm. Our ideal candidate has an inquisitive mind, is comfortable working in teams, remains cool under pressure, and enjoys a collaborative creative process.
Responsibilities:
? Organization, writing, and production of proposal and qualification packages
? Assist in interview preparation and coaching with principal staff
? Create dynamic, customized marketing collateral and presentation materials
? Support the firm's external networking and client development activities
? Research and identify potential project and client leads
? Maintain CRM database and provide ongoing training for staff
? Coordinate awards submittals for local, state and national institutions
? Manage digital assets/resources of marketing department
? Oversight of social media program including website, intranet and blog
? Support firm's public relation activities
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design or related field
? 3-5 years of marketing experience, with Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry experience preferred
? Excellent writing, editing, organizational and time management skills
? Superb attention to detail and eye for graphic layout
? Strong, confident and clear communicator who is able to represent firm externally
? Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, with some Dreamweaver experience preferred
? Adept at utilizing social media tools in the workplace
